CLI overview

The swarm command-line interface entry point and global conventions.

All commands are invoked as swarm <command>. Entry point: techtide_swarm.cli:main.

swarm --help

Config resolution: SWARM_CONFIG_PATH or bundled swarm-compact.yaml from the wheel.
